On this page, I am providing some links to municipal charters for municipalities in the State of Oregon.  These municipal charters are created as per Article XI, Section 2 of the Oregon State Constitution.  The charters are approved by a vote of the electors.

Public Utility Districts & Metropolitan Service Districts

Per Article XI, Section 12, Public Utility districts and per Article XI, Section 14, Metropolitan Service Districts can be established by a charter approved by the people during an election.  If I find some time, I intend to add links here for such entities.  Stay tuned..
