Counties with County Home Rule Charters

I have listed below the counties in Oregon.  Where the county has passed by referendum a home rule charter, there is a link to this document.  Home rule charters are under Article VI, Section 10 of the Oregon State Constitution.  Not all counties have home rule charters which means that they have to operate as described in the Oregon Revised statutes and Oregon Administrative Rules.
